The controller is Ahmed Mouloud Almoghrabi, trading as AMOMOA, a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), Schafgasse 14, 73433 Aalen, Germany. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@amomoa.info.
Current website processing
Cloudflare Workers delivers and protects the website. In doing so, necessary request and security data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent and security signals may be processed by Cloudflare under its own documented service settings. AMOMOA does not use website analytics or marketing scripts at present.
The browser stores a locale preference cookie and a local consent-preference record. These support the expressly requested language and privacy choices. Optional analytics and marketing categories are off and no corresponding scripts are installed.
Purposes and legal bases
Website delivery, security and abuse prevention rely on AMOMOA's legitimate interests in providing a secure informational service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Requested pre-contract steps rely on Article 6(1)(b); legally required records rely on Article 6(1)(c). Optional technologies, if introduced, require consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG unless a Section 25(2) exception applies.
Contact and disabled functions
The public Contact form requires email and message; name and product selection are optional. Inquiries are sent to hello@amomoa.info for handling and are not used for marketing enrollment. Careers application submission remains provider-gated; no application is accepted while its required private providers and retention controls are unavailable. Business Store billing, Checkout, Live processing and recovery are disabled. Their mere presence in source code does not make those processing operations active.
Processors and international transfers
Cloudflare Workers provides active website hosting, delivery and security. For the active Contact form, Cloudflare Workers, Turnstile, rate limiting and Email Service process the minimized inquiry before it reaches the owner-only Namecheap Private Email mailbox. Cloudflare Email Routing rules are retained for rollback but are not the active inbound path. Cloudflare and Namecheap process data under their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Processing is not promised to remain exclusively in the EU, and deletion from the live mailbox does not prove immediate deletion from provider backups, security records or legally retained copies.
Retention and deletion
Website preference records remain in the browser until expiry, replacement or deletion by the user. Provider-controlled technical and security logs follow the verified provider settings once documented.
Ordinary Contact inquiries are reviewed after 30 inactive days and deleted no later than 90 days after documented closure. No Contact message content is stored in an AMOMOA application database. Accounting, contractual, tax, dispute or legal-hold records are separated and retained only when and for as long as the applicable rule requires; Sections 147 AO and 257 HGB do not justify retaining every ordinary inquiry.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time. Contact hello@amomoa.info. Identity is verified proportionately and lawful retention exceptions are explained. You may complain to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI Baden-Württemberg) or another competent supervisory authority.
Security, children and updates
AMOMOA applies data minimization, restricted access, transport protection, server-side validation and abuse controls appropriate to the processing risk. The corporate website is not directed to children. There is no solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Material processing changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
